1 1/2 oz. TANDUAY Gold Asian Rum
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. mango juice
1/2 oz grenadine
1 piece of candied ginger
1 slice of lemon

Muddle candied ginger and lemon. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
