Philippine Passion

1 1/2 oz. TANDUAY Silver Asian Rum
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1oz passion fruit syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 lime for juicing
Club soda
1 oz. pomegranate juice

1. Combine TANDUAY Silver Asian Rum, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquer, passion fruit syrup and Angostura bitters in shaker with ice.
2. Squeeze juice of one lime into shaker then cap and shake vigorously.
3. Pour into serving glass, add any needed ice.
4. Top with a splash of club soda and float of pomegranate juice.
5. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
